Halal.Coupons
Questions, answered without a crescent
Short answers. The long versions live in guides and how we verify.
claims
- Does Halal.Coupons certify food as halal?
- No. We label a claim. Independently verified means a named certificate is on file for listed SKUs. It is not a fatwa and not a ruling on everything the merchant sells.
- What do the claim levels mean?
- Independently verified, evidence supplied, merchant self-declared, community-reported, under review, and unverified. The hint sits on every card. We will not upgrade a crescent emoji into a certificate.
codes
- Why do some codes say unverified?
- Affiliate farms paste the same paragraph across dozens of X accounts. We still list a named code so you can try it, but we start community counts at zero and we do not invent a percentage the post did not state.
- Do you till-test every code?
- No. Last-checked is when a desk or a shopper last looked. Report whether it worked. Invented success counts are a bug.
- What if a code is expired?
- Use Report an expired deal. We pause the card. The X desk keeps expired sales in the log so we do not pretend they never existed.
money
- Are affiliate links a secret ranking?
- No. Affiliate, sponsored, paid placement, partner, and editorial are stored on the offer and shown on the card, the deal page, and beside the button.
- Do I need an account to copy a code?
- No. Browsing and codes are free. An account is only for saved deals, submissions, and optional alerts. Marketing boxes are never pre-ticked.
- Do you sell loans, Hajj finance, or crypto?
- No. Investments, loans, mortgages, credit products and cryptoasset promotions are excluded. Halal Finance is a sister magazine for education, not a coupon.
places
- Is every offer UK-wide?
- No. Filter by country, city, and online vs in person. A Riyadh kitchen is not a Leeds counter. A New York–Jeddah fare does not depart Heathrow.
- What does in person mean?
- A counter, a ticket hall, or a student discount you redeem at the till. If we do not have the percentage, the stub says so.
- Can I find halal restaurant discounts by city?
- Yes. Open Places, pick a country, then a city. Leeds currently carries an in-person Boojum student discount with the rate unknown. Birmingham has community-reported takeaway claims.
fashion
- Is modest fashion the same as certified fabric?
- No. An abaya, a hijab, or a modest coat is a clothing category. We do not treat a listing as a religious fabric ruling.
- Should I trust Modanisa codes on X?
- Treat farm spray as unverified. RA221 was a named extra 10% from a GCC curator. RA243 was identical copy across many accounts the same afternoon. Try, then report.
travel
- Are Umrah packages on this site a loan?
- No. We list fares and packages with a figure. Deposit language that sits next to credit is skipped. ATOL is labelled where the merchant supplied it.
- What is a Muslim-friendly hotel claim?
- Usually the hotel talking. We mark it evidence supplied or self-declared. Prayer space and alcohol policy are fields, not vibes.
food
- What is the difference between HMC, HFA and a shop sign?
- A named body and a dated certificate can support independently verified for listed SKUs. A window sticker without a number is merchant self-declared or community-reported.
- Do you invent strikethrough prices?
- No. If we did not see a current ‘was’ on the merchant, we will not write one. Aab and Jawda sales are site banners we read on 7 Sep 2026.
desk
- How far back does the X desk go?
- This edition covers 9 June to 7 September 2026. Official brand posts, community spots, expired Independence sales, and skipped finance pitches are all in the log.
- Why did you skip Haute Hijab and SHUKR?
- Silence is not a code. A 90-day sweep found no public coupon post from those houses. We do not invent one for the sitemap.
legal
- Is Halal.Coupons a fatwa desk?
- No. We do not issue rulings. Alcohol in fragrance, stunning in slaughter, and travel instalments are questions for a scholar or a solicitor — not a coupon card.
- Who is this site for?
- Shoppers who want halal, Muslim-friendly or values-aligned offers without wasting time on expired codes, misleading claims or unclear terms. UK-first, now with a global place till.
- How do I list my business?
- Use List your business. Paid featured listings and sponsored deals are labelled. False certificates are a pause.
use
- How do I get a code?
- Open the stub, tap Get code. We copy it and open the merchant in a new tab with tracking if you consented. No-code offers activate the tracked link instead.
- Do fake countdown timers run here?
- No. Expiry is a date. Last checked is a date. If a sale ends Sunday, the card says Sunday.
